Shipping

Calico is happy to offer shipping worldwide! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed. Transit times are estimated by carriers and may vary.

Calico is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. If an order is damaged in transit please take pictures of the package before opening. All issues, including damaged, lost, or stolen packages must be reported within 48 hours of arrival. Calico will do our best to help remedy the situation with you and the carrier. All packages will be insured through the carrier. 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for customers in the Los Angeles area as well as select areas of California upon approval. Local deliveries must scheduled and delivery times may vary. Please reach out with any questions about our local deliveries! We will always try our best to make a local delivery work. 

Returns

Calico is glad to offer store credit for returns. If you wish to return an item please reach out to hello@calicocalifornia.com. All returns must be approved before any action is taken. We will issue a return label for approved returns. Please note both the original shipping cost and return shipping are not refundable. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for the safe return of all items. Items must be received back in their original condition to be eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires. 

If you received your item via local delivery please reach out to hello@calicocalifornia.com to schedule a pick up. Customers will be charged a handling fee in this case.
